Job Description Design software solutions using the company’s AI products to meet customer needs.

Provide technical support during pre-sales and post-sales phases.

Examine current system architecture and work with client business and technical staff to recommend solutions that will result in more efficient systems.

Conduct and lead technical discussions with the client’s IT department to ensure that the company’s AI products can be reliably and securely deployed into the client’s environment.

Understand and mitigate the risks of third-party software and modules that will be encountered in the solution design.

Evaluate and decide what frameworks, platforms and technology stacks should be used for specific solution designs.

Keep up to date with relevant competitive products and solutions.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or related discipline.5+ years of relevant experience required.

Familiarity with various technology stacks including Linux, Kubernetes, Microservices Architecture, Kafka / NATS, RDBMS, Python and Java Script.

Experience with troubleshooting and software development processes.

Good understanding of business processes and solutions.

Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin speaking, good presentation and writing skills.

Self-motivated, energetic, and organized.

Flexible and able to work under pressure.

Eager to learn new technologies and investigate technical issues.
