DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
a. Serve as a key consultant on supply chain, manufacturing, and digital transformation projects (including system implementations, process upgrades, and integration initiatives).
b. Deliver business-critical insights to align technical solutions with supply chain best practices.
vAdvanced Analysis & Strategic Recommendations
a. Identify, design, and deliver creative and impactful analyses to solve real business problems across all Molex BUs.
b. Synthesize findings into actionable recommendations and compelling presentations for senior leadership, influencing strategic decision-making.
vKnowledge Transfer & Capability Building
a. Train, mentor, and enable teams on supply chain methodologies, tools, and emerging industry trends.
b. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and digital adoption.
vStandardization & Governance
a. Define, establish, and maintain global data and process standards, operating procedures, data governance, and KPIs.
b. Drive consistency, transparency, and scalable performance across regions and business units.
vChampion Digital Transformation
a. Lead digital solutions projects, including planning/execution systems, KPI/dashboard development, process automation, and data-driven digital initiatives.
b. Support business needs during mergers, acquisitions, system launches, and harmonization efforts.
vStakeholder & Relationship Management
a. Build strong relationships with plant leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
b. Independently assess site performance, capability, and change readiness.
vLeverage Industry Best Practice
a. Work with external resources (e.g., Gartner, AI, Kinaxis forums) to bring best-in-class supply chain strategies and technologies to Molex.
vLeadership & Process Ownership
Demonstrate principle‑driven leadership by proactively driving process improvements, influencing outcomes without direct authority, and taking ownership of end‑to‑end initiatives. Act as a catalyst for change by setting direction, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring consistent adoption of standardized processes and best practices across the organization.
EDUCATION:
REQUIRED:
Bachelor’s Degree or above
PREFERRED:
Major in Supply Chain Management or related disciplines.
WORK EXPERIENCE:
REQUIRED: 5-8 years of Supply Chain or related work experience.
Minimum 3 years of working experience in a Manufacturing/Operations working environment.
Experience working in a global, matrixed organization.

4. Project Leadership, Experience leading complex, cross-functional and global supply chain projects
5. Data Analytics, Advanced quantitative, qualitative, and data storytelling skills
6. Process Excellence, Lean/Agile/Six Sigma methodologies; process mapping & improvement.
7. Digital Transformation, Familiarity with advanced supply chain tools or automation solutions
8. Change management, growth mindset, driving adoption of new processes and systems for business value quicker return.
