QualificationsMinimum 2 years work experience as Stewarding Manager in F&B service, kitchen or stewarding, or as Assistant Manager - Stewarding in a hotel or large restaurant with good standards.Food Safety Management System or sound knowledge of ISO 22000.Good knowledge in steward operations, cleaning equipment and supplies.
