cross-SBU projects) including definition and full ownership of project roadmap & plan Collaborates with stakeholders of all segments and functions Drives project management process across regional business unit and continuously improves project management and delivery within the SBU Continuously tracks & reports status of all regional strategic initiatives Co-creates regional business unit strategy & business model and supports their implementation Develops Mergers & Acquisitions strategy for regional business unit incl.
