On the Mark is now accepting vibrant, enthusiastic and positive new and experienced English teachers to join our team in China. Here we provide an all-English environment for students and follow the English curriculum as set by the North American standards. At our school, we teach children of 3 – 15 years old, with an evenly distributed focus on speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.
Teaching Environment:
We encourage a classroom environment that is both fun and educational. Apart from providing children with the best English education we can offer, we also offer ESL teachers a chance to grow. All ESL teachers go through a 20-hour in-school training which includes: curriculum goals, teaching methods, classroom management, parent communications, cultural differences, and class simulations, etc.
Teachers have a chance to better themselves and also learn about local cultures. Beyond being a teacher, there are also promotion opportunities, including being a trainer, curriculum developer, and/or manager. English Teaching Job Requirements in China: Native English speakers
Bachelor’s degree (any discipline)
120 hour TEFL certificate
At least 1 year working experience post graduate for Xiamen city Compensation Package
14,5000 to 21,000 RMB monthly salary
3,000 to 5,000 monthly housing allowance
Up to 1,000 RMB montly performance bonus
600 RMB attendance bonus
Up to 5,000 RMB contract renewal bonus
