Bachelor’s degree in visual design, visual communications, or relevant design-driven discipline and/or 3-5 years digital UX/UI design experience 2+ years of proficiency with modern design tools (Figma, Miro, Framer, etc) Posses a solid understanding of user-centered design principles.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

Obssess about attention to detail and a passion for creating visually compelling and user-friendly interfaces.

Have a basic understanding of software development to aid the effectiveness of design proposals.

Passion for growing your skills, tackling interesting work and challenging problems; be committed to lifelong design learning.

Experience working independently with internal stakeholders and / or clients.

Passionate about automotive and/or experience designing for integrated hardware/software systems.
