We are looking for a primary school principal for a private K12 School based in Beijing.

This is a full-time position starting from the upcoming academic year in August or September 2023.

Requirements Oversee the overall development and implementation of primary school curricula, ensuring alignment with IB standards and local regulations Manage and provide leadership to a team of primary school teachers, supporting them in their professional growth and development Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the primary school Collaborate with other school leaders to ensure the smooth operation of the school as a whole Build strong partnerships with parents and other stakeholders in the education community Ensure the school environment is safe, clean, and conducive to learning Champion academic and character development programs that promote students’ success Benefits A minimum of 8 years’ experience as a primary school principal or equivalent leadership position in an international primary school setting A minimum of 3 years’ experience in an IB school Master’s degree or higher in Education or a related field Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese A deep understanding of PYP curriculum and education technology Experience in teacher development, recruitment, and retention Ability to work independently and as part of a team, in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
