Responsibilities: Adherence to company core values, code of conduct.
Responsible for growing MRO accounts in PPE industries, developing a long-term relationship with MRO accounts and maximizing sales opportunities within them Achieve annual growth and profit objectives by Key Account Management with MRO’s organization.
Liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to MRO needs.
Explore new sustainable growth business model in MRO channel.
Provide related training & service to engage MRO’s product/business development/vertical/territory team Other assignments as assigned by the management.
Qualifications: Above 5+ year PPE experience in sales; 2~3 year experience in channel management Bachelor degree in Material Science, Engineering; Chemistry related education is preferred.
Demonstrated independent channel sales and end user approaching skills, quick data analysis and approach for result skill is plus.
Strong cross-function/SBU influencing skills to leverage resource Good English and Mandarin presentation & communication skills Very strong self-motivated Willing to travel Join our
