Develops, manages and coordinates the global and local PA & Payroll process for GCN.
Steers collaboration with GBS+ on process execution and optimization.
Leads HR system evolution projects (e.g.
HCM system change) to meet global and local requirement (GHR&MIDAS&GV) and request change when needed.
Monitor law and regulation evolutions from internal Henkel & external and trigger corresponding change actions to ensure HR operations are compliance, efficient and effective.
Monitors vendor on local HR service (e.g.
social insurance, retirement, Taiwan onsite HR service, Dispatch temp labor etc.).
Local governance role to oversee compliance requirement in all local HRprocesses and operations.
