Drives the technical scope of the regional packaging project implementation under regional strategies.

Liaises and collaborate with corresponding stakeholders with technical expertise in packaging selection, qualification & Innovative solutions.

Processes, Tools, Master Data.

Drives reduction in time-to-market and improvement of packaging master data accuracy.

Monitors KPIs for Packaging processes, COGS, Supply Resilience, Sustainability and compliance etc.

Maintains up-to-date knowledge of technical development and test procedures in the field of expertise.

YOUR ROLE CAN OFFER YOU This Role Reporting to Head of Packaging Engineering APAC, Henkel Adhesive Technologies.

YOUR SKILLS Master’s degree in engineering / business / Packaging or related field.

5+ years in Packaging Engineering or Packaging Related preferred.

7+ years in project management.

Relevant technology/product/industry experience.

Pack Issue shooting, DG Pack & MMD knowledge.

Skills in Communication, Complex problem-solving & conflict management.

Fluent in English Speaking and Writing.
