Job Description We are seeking a knowledgeable SD/CS RBDO Consultant to join our team in either Shanghai / Malaysia , focusing on the Data Workstream within SAP SD/CS (Sales and Distribution / Customer Service).

This role will involve managing customer and sales data to ensure effective data governance and support commercial processes within the pharmaceutical industry.

Lead the design, configuration, and optimization of SAP SD/CS solutions with a focus on customer and sales data management.

Collaborate with sales, customer service, and commercial stakeholders to gather requirements and implement effective data governance practices within SAP SD/CS.

Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of customer and sales data by establishing and maintaining robust data governance processes.

Manage data migration, mapping, and validation processes to support the deployment of SAP SD/CS functionalities.

Provide expert guidance on best practices for Sales and Distribution / Customer Service data management, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions that enhance customer service and sales processes.

Identify and resolve data quality issues, process inefficiencies, and system integration challenges within SAP SD/CS.

Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support for end-users on customer and sales data functionalities in SAP SD/CS.

Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely delivery of project objectives, aligning with business needs and operational goals.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or a related field.

Extensive experience working with SAP SD/CS , specifically in customer and sales data management.

Strong understanding of Sales and Distribution / Customer Service best practices and data governance principles.

Experience with data migration, data validation, and process optimization within SAP SD/CS.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage effectively with stakeholders across various functions.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and data accuracy.

Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is required.
