Job Description1.

Provide the professional procurement supports( the supply of goods and services )to internal customers and other areas of TUV 2.

Try to acquire the reasonable price for the related goods &services and reach the saving target & other KPI3.

Work with internal customers to be involved early in choose of technology, vendor and markets4.

Develop and maintain the sound business relationship with the internal customers and external supplier. 5.

Ensure all related operations are in compliance with the company' regulation and rules6.
