Job Description- Assist in the design, development, and testing of new tires and technologies.- Conduct literature reviews and summarize findings to support ongoing projects.- Assist with experimental tires and collect data under the guidance of senior engineers.- Order and analyze experimental tires and prepare reports on findings.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support various R&D initiatives.- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas.- Gather and organize the latest legal requirements in the tire industry.- Assist the team in automating existing processes.

Qualifications- Currently pursuing a degree in [relevant field, , Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, IT, etc.].- Demonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, and other data analytical software is a plus.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.- Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team.- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.- Passionate about research and innovation.
