(20 copies of WI per day)Maintain the hard copy registration list, including when to distribute, withdraw, and dispose. Daily check the temperature, relative humidity in the record retention room.

Registrant the DHR records which to be archived in the record retention room, maintain the document and record retrieval list for record retention room.
