Successfully manage the relationship with customer and stakeholders;2.
Develop and strengthen a professional acquisition manager team with strong customer focus and orientation;3.
Develop and implement an overall customer strategy based on business targets;4.
Strengthen collaboration with project sales team to structure and build strong customer teams;5.
Commercial mgt.
including: EBIT, cash flow, AR, sample DNI, etc.;6.
Coordinate and synchronize global commercial activities with global sales team;7.
Perform risk management to minimize project risks;8.
Engineering change management including technical concept clarification, cost & timing impact and commercial proposal; Qualifications1.
Bachelor degree;5~10 years working experience in project management with strong emphasis on product development, meanwhile commercial view of overall situation is preferred;2.
Experience with direct customers contact, basic know-how in Automotive industry, have OEM customer experience;3.
